Questions
How does the free trial work?
Your trial starts when you create your account: 30 days of everything, with no card. Choose a plan any time during it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Choose none and nothing is charged at all.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing in a couple of clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down, from Plan & billing. If you switch during your trial, your free days carry over.
What counts as a student?
Everyone you’ve added as a student, whether they’ve joined yet or are still invited.
Who can see my lessons?
Only you and the student each lesson is for. Lessons are never public, and never shared with other coaches.
How is payment handled?
Stripe runs checkout, so your card details never reach Playback. Your plan is sold through Link, part of Stripe, which also works out and collects any sales tax.
